The majority of my work is in artists quality coloured pencils, however I also have series of works in oils, acrylics and pen.
I have created this art journal to document my journey, whether it be art, design, promotion or business. I look forward to sharing my experiences, techniques and inspirations with others and hope that it can in turn help others on their journey, or maybe might just help to fill in a bit of free internet browsing time :)
Ok here is another WIP of the sunset.
Sorry its not a good pic, i find it really hard to take good pics of these larger pieces.
I have to let it dry a few days before adding more. There is going to be a large tree in shadow smack bang in the middle of the sun .. i hope i can do it.. still lots to do on the actual water etc yet.

This painting is coming along nicely. Sunsets are so hard to paint.....as I said elsewhere,
"they are usually a combination of strong colours, contrasts and subtlety. The strong colours & contrasts are relatively easy to get, but the subtle colours, tones and hues are what makes a good sunset painting ( in my not so humble opinion )"
